Are you passionate about sustainability and curious about the Travel & Tourism industry? Travelife is looking for motivated individuals ready to gain hands-on experience in a meaningful and dynamic work environment.

As a Travelife intern, you'll develop valuable professional skills while learning how sustainability is integrated into tourism, especially for tour operators and travel agencies. This internship is designed to support your transition from student life to a thriving career.

Is this You?

You're in your 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's program, or a Master’s/Graduate student

Eager to put your knowledge into practice

Have a solid command of English (a second language is a plus!)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner with new tools

Excited to connect with sustainability professionals and industry leaders

What your days might look like:

Content creation & research

Research sustainability topics and create related content for our communication channels.
Develop, translate, and publish content for Travelife social media channels and website.
Design and update presentations, manuals, and other materials using Canva and Google Docs.
Create and publish member highlights and updates (e.g., social media stories and posts).
Monitor and engage with the Travelife social media community by responding to comments and direct messages.

Administrative & communication support

Support invoicing processes, calls, emails, and updates to internal manuals.
Assist with communication with members, companies, and partner organisations (via email and calls).
Respond to inquiries and support ongoing administrative projects.
Assist the Travelife team with administrative tasks, document reviews, and meeting or project preparations.

Member & technical support

Provide technical assistance to Travelife members.
Support member training sessions and webinars.
Conduct desk audits of sustainability reports.
Assist with onboarding new interns and supporting member training activities.

Event & engagement coordination

Assist in organising events, webinars, and industry showcases such as ITB (onsite).
Prepare event content, presentations, and supporting materials.
Send invitations, collect feedback, and support engagement activities.
Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute your ideas

Internship Timing

We're looking for full-time interns for a minimum of 6 months:

Winter intake: Starts around December/January

Summer intake: Starts around June/July
